DKP for 25 man raids

The reasons for having a dkp system are

1: Rewarding attendance
2: Spreading loot to those who have most use of it and spreading loot evenly in the raid.

I know some ppl don't like dkp but officers feel we will have to use it in 25 mans because rolling will suck and other looting systems have at least as many faults. We want an easy, simple dkp system as possible so here is what we've come up with. Whining about dkp will make very unhappy officers and we will have very low patience with that.

How to get dkp

5 dkp every hour of the raid. First dkp will be given at start time of raid for those that are on time.
5 dkp extra for those in raid at the end.

Because time based dkp easily leads to inflation a 5% weekly dkp tax will be payed each Wednesday night at reset. (not implemented atm but there might be a decay solution if we hoarding becomes a problem)

Bidding

Closed bids.
Whisper bid to loot master and he gives loot to highest bidder.
20 dkp minimum bid.

Members can not bid more dkp than they have. Exception: Minimum bid can always be bid and might put ppl on negative.
The available dkp is the dkp updated on the website. No dkp from same raid or connecting raids can be used.

On what to bid

Bidding will take place on all gear drops and all quest drops that give gear in all 25 man instances.

This will make looting a lot faster than ordinary open bids and will also make ppl not able to increase prices on things they don't really want.

Exceptions

MTs will not be using dkp and will have priority on drops that they need for tanking.

Other loot

Recipes and other drops that the guild needs will be given out by master looter for the best benefit of the guild.
